PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to direct the Sub Court, Kovilpatti, Thoothukudi District to dispose of the Original suit in O.S.No.164 of 2019 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Kovilaptti, Thoothukudi District within a time limit that may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Sub Court, Kovilpatti, Thoothukudi District to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.164 of 2019 within a time frame as stipulated by this Court. 1/3

2.Since no adverse order is going to be passed as against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed a suit in O.S.No.164 of 2019 on the file of the Sub Court, Kovilpatti, Thoothukudi District seeking permanent injunction. He further submits that the suit is pending from the year 2019 without any progress. Hence, he seeks expeditious disposal of the suit.

4.Considering the fact that the suit is of the year 2019, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.164 of 2019 within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
