This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the case in Crime No.436 of 2019 registered on the file of the first respondent.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

However, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent police submitted that the investigation in Cr.No.436 of 2019 has been completed and final report also filed, which was taken cognizance in PRC.No.15 of 2019 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivilliputhur.

3.In view of the above submission, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. The petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
