Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.SIVAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.V.NEELAKANDAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.15693 of 2018, dated 04.09.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD). No.15693 of 2018.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
