Mr.S.Prakash Government Advocate (Criminal Side) ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.4057 of 2026 in C.A(MD) No.818 of 2025 vide order dated 24.04.2026 in which instead of directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., he may be allowed to appear before the learned II Additional Special Court for NDPS Cases, Madurai pending the disposal of the main Criminal Appeal in C.A.No.818 of 2025 pending on the file of this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for modifying the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. 2/4

Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.4057 of 2026 in C.A(MD) No.818 of 2025, dated 24.04.2026, is modified and the petitioner shall report before the II Additional Special Court for NDPS Cases, Madurai, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
