ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.8493 of 2025 dated 08.05.2025 that the petitioner appear and sign before the respondent police daily at 10.30. a.m. until further orders, into appear and sign before the learned Magistrate No.I., Thoothukudi.

2. Hear the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of offence, the condition in para no.6(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.8493 of 2025 dated 08.05.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Pudukottai Police Station, Thoothukudi District daily at 10.30 am., until further orders.
