PRAYER IN CMA(MD)NO.42151 OF 2016 set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 29.3.2016 made in MCOP NO.2296 of 2015 on the file of Motor Claims Tribunal,(II Additional District Judge),Thanjavur and allow this appeal and render justice.

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 326 day in filing the above said appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.Considering the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner/,the delay of 326 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.500/-(Rupees Five hundred only) to the Rojavanam, Homeless & Aged Care Centre, Melur Road, Uthangudi, Madurai, Within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stands dismissed automatically, without further reference to this court.
