COMMON ORDER These Review Applications are filed to review the common order passed in S.T.C.(MD).Nos.2 & 3 of 2022.

2. The review petitioner, who is the appellant herein, lost the appeal. The Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner has specifically contended that the application filed to receive additional documents, numbered as C.M.P.(MD).No.17028 of 2023 was not brought to the notice of this Court while arguing the final hearing. Consequently, the documents which were sought to be received were not considered by this Court and thereby, the petitioner/appellant is highly prejudiced. Hence, the common judgment passed by this Court dated 04.04.2025 requires review.

3. This Court, after hearing the Learned Counsel for the review petitioner at length and perusing the records as well as the order of this Court, Page No.3/6

find that the application to receive additional documents was heard during the course of the arguments in the main appeal. The Learned Counsel for the petitioner/appellant made reference to these documents and putforth his submission. The Court had taken note of the documents and was of the opinion that the materials which already been placed by the parties sufficient to arrive at decision. The documents sought to be introduced at the appellate stage is not required. However, those things were not said in many words but the Court had with the material available and the documents which were shown to us in the course of the arguments were considered. In view of the Court, omission to pass separate order in the application to receive additional documents have no impact in the final result of the appeal.

4. Considering the nature of the dispute and long pendency of the dispute before various forums, any further indulgence guise of review would only perpetuate the life of the litigation and nothing more.

5. Accordingly, these Rev.Aplc.(MD).Nos.205 & 206 of 2025 Page No.4/6

stands dismissed. No costs.
