O R D E R

The present writ petition has been filed for a mandamus to direct the respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner based on the representation dated 04.11.2020 within a stipulated time to be fixed by this Court.

2.It is the case of the petitioner that she is in possession and enjoyment of the property in S.Nos.79/1, 79/2 and 80/2 to an extent of 1.28, 1.03 and 2.63 respectively, which were gifted by her father. While so, for change of patta, the petitioner approached the respondent through representation dated 11.09.2020. Since the said representation has not been considered, she sent a reminder on 04.11.2020. Since no action is forthcoming from the respondent, the petitioner is before this Court with this writ petition. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that he received a communication from one K.Ramesh, dated 18.11.2020 stating that the land belongs to the Government.

However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has not received any communication from the learned Additional Government Pleader. 4.Therefore, the learned Additional Government Pleader is expected to forward a copy of the communication dated 18.11.2020 to the learned counsel for the petitioner in order to enable the petitioner to take steps to proceed further, if she is not satisfied with the orders passed by the authority.

The writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to communicate the order passed by him within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, enabling the petitioner to take steps to proceed further. No costs.
