CMP(MD).No.20632 of 2025 in SA(MD).No.374 of 2018 P.B. BALAJI, J., This petition has been filed to set aside the order passed in S.A.(MD) No.374 of 2018, dated 11.03.2025, for non-prosecution, along with the connected CMP(MD) Nos.10413 of 2018 and 10414 of 2018.

2. It is noticed that the petition was filed with delay, and this Court has already condoned the delay. Hence, no prejudice would be caused by restoring the Second Appeal.

3. The learned counsel appearing for respondents 1 and 2 seeks an early date to be fixed for hearing of the Second Appeal.

4. In the light of the above, this petition is allowed. Post the Second Appeal, along with connected CMP(MD) Nos.10413 and 10414 of 2018, for hearing on 25.03.2026.
