Respondents Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the order dated 07.01.2016 in Rc.A5/10045/2009 on the file of the respondent herein, and to quash the same and direct the respondent to pass appropriate orders for the retirement of the petitioner with effect from 01.05.2010 together with all monetary and other terminal benefits in full including the pension within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.
