This petition is filed to amend the "Under Section 296(b), 329(4), 351(3) of BNS, 2023 and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Woman (Amendment) Act, 2002" instead of "Under Section 296(b), 115(2), 351(3) of BNS, 2023 and also "Cr.No.205 of 2026"

instead of "Crime No.Not Known of 2026".

2. Being satisifed with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the petition, wherever required.
