ORDER

The petitioner had already instituted O.S.No.299/2023 against the third respondent / restraining the third respondent from evicting the petitioner except by due process of law. An order of Interim injunction has also been granted by the learned II Additional District Munsif, at Trichy in the aforementioned suit.

2. This writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach again, if cause arises. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
