2. By consent of parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.The petitioner seeks for survey of the land and fix the boundary and also to issue patta in respect of the land at Survey No.231/6 measuring an extent of 1 Acre 28 1⁄2 cents at Kalikkampatti Village, Chinnalapatti Sub-Division, Athur Taluk, Dindigul District.

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that even though he made a request and paid necessary fees by way of chellan on 25.10.2016 itself, the request of the petitioner has not been considered so far. Therefore, the petitioner sent a reminder on 02.01.2017.

5. Considering the above stated facts and circumstances and also considering the fact that the petitioner sent a reminder on 02.01.2017, which is a week ago, I only direct the third and fourth respondents to consider the request of the petitioner and pass orders on the same, as expeditiously as possible, also after hearing the rival parties if any. Needless to say that if no order is passed within a reasonable time, it is open to the petitioner to approach this Court to file a fresh writ petition, seeking for appropriate relief.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
