[Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.] The prayer in the writ petition is for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant ordinary leave for 28 days without escort to the petitioner's husband the detenue, Pramkumar, S/o. Muthu aged about 36 years, convict prisoner, bearing Convict No. 6331 and PID No.220602 at Central Prison, Madurai. 2.
When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner, dated 19.05.2025 will be considered and suitable orders will be passed within a period of two weeks.
