The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the first respondent relating to the unilateral registration of the settlement deed document No.7026/2012, dated 18.07.2012 and subsequent registration of settlement deed document No. 7027/2012, dated 18.07.2012 in the office of the first respondent i.e, the Sub Registrar, Sivakasi Sub Registrar Office, Sivakasi, Virudhunagar District are all invalid and against law.

It is seen from the records that since there was no representation for the petitioner on 05.03.2024, 21.03.2024 and on 26.03.2024, the matter was adjourned to 26.03.2024 under the caption for dismissal. Subsequently, when the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.,06.06.2024), there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default.
