Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. directing the 1st and 2nd respondents herein to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner's life as well as her male child and family, in the light of her representation dated 02.08.2021, within the stipulated period as may be fit. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents herein to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner's life as well as her male child and family, in the light of her representation dated 02.08.2021. 2.The petitioner lodged a complaint before the second respondent on the basis of the strength of the decree in H.M.O.P.No.271 of 2017 dated 30.05.2018 and the same is still pending.

3.Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the third respondent, conduct enquiry and after giving an opportunity of hearing to both the parties, dispose of the same within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
