ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to file final report in FIR No. 61 of 2022, on the file of the M.Reddiapatti police station, Virudhunagar district. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to previous enmity, the private respondents assaulted the petitioner and his wife with iron pipe and caused grievous injury. Hence the complaint. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police registered an FIR in Crime No. 61 of 2022 and for the same, investigation is in progress. Hence, he seeks three months time to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.
4.Recording the same, the respondent police is directed to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of three 2/4
months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
