Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the second respondent not to interfere in civil dispute pertaining to the suit schedule property in O.S.No.249 of 2013 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Pudukottai. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to interfere in civil dispute pertaining to the suit schedule property in O.S.No.249 of 2013 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Pudukottai.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 and 2. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that on the complaint given by third respondent, petition enquiry in C.S.R.No.86 of 2018 was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded. 4.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
