RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for surrender of the petitioner before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevei, Tirunelveli district in Crl.OP(MD)No. 13229/2018 dated 27.07.2018 in connection with Cr.NO. 269 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SATHYA CHIDAMBARAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.13299 of 2018, dated 27.07.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.It is seen that there was a delay of more than 40 days to execute the sureties and surrender before the Trial Court by the petitioner.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,000 (Rupees one thousand only) to the credit of the Hon'ble Chief Justice Relief Fund and on such deposit, the time for surrender and to execute the sureties is extended by two weeks from https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
