Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2.

2. Since the writ petition can be disposed of without affecting the interest of the third respondent, notice to the third respondent is dispensed with.

4. The prayer in the writ petition is for issuance of a writ

of mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 30.01.2017, whereby and whereunder he has sought for name transfer of Patta in respect of the land, comprised in survey No.275, Allinagaram Village, Theni Taluk, Theni District.

5. It appears that there are some disputes between the petitioner and the third respondent.

6. Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, only with a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 30.01.2017, and to pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity to the third respondent as well as the other interested parties if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
