This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to give police protection to the petitioner from the encroachers, to mark boundaries and four sides of petitioner's land in Survey No.50/2B and 50/3B situated at Thiruparankundram Village, Madurai District.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.07.2022.
