This petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram to expedite the trial in C.C.No.57 of 2016.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the trial in the above said case is pending from the year 2016.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the trial in this case has already been commenced, questioning under Section 313 Cr.P.C., is also over, now the matter is posted for argument on 23.07.2019.

4. Considering the above submission that the trial in this case has already been commenced and now the matter is posted for argument on 23.07.2019, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Padmanathapuram is directed to dispose of the case in C.C.No.57 of 2016 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
