ORDER

The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's objection petition dated 20.01.2017 seeking not to shift the Electric Post FII/46 from its original place. 2.The petitioner submits that he has made a representation dated 20.01.2017 not to shift the Electric Post FII/46 from its original place. In fact, the said representation dated 20.01.2017 has already been disposed of on 21.02.2017 by the 1st respondent and copy of the said order has been enclosed by the petitioner at page 7 of the typed set of papers.

3.In view of the order dated 21.02.2017, the relief sought for in this writ petition does not survive and if the petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 21.02.2017, it is open to him to challenge the same in accordance with law.
