O R D E R

The petition is filed to direct the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Madurai to expedite the trial in C.C.No.28 of 2017 and complete the trial within a stipulated time fixed by this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the second respondent would submit that the case is posted on 16.11.2018 'for examination of witnesses'.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court deems fit to direct the trial Court to complete the trial proceedings within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.This criminal original petition is disposed of with the above directions.
