Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and the petitioner not appeared either in person or by an Advocate, the court made the following order:- These Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.14114 to 14116 of 2018, dated 21.08.2018.

2.Today, when the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners is absent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the

respondent submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition from 26.08.2018 to till date regularly, without any deviation.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is fully relaxed. 5.Accordingly, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.
