This Writ Petition is filed for issuing a direction to the second respondent to enquire into the complaint dated 07.02.2017 on the file of the first respondent herein which was forwarded to the second respondent herein.
2.It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that a complaint has been lodged before the first respondent by the petitioner and that the same was forwarded to the second respondent. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the complaint was registered in Crime No.129 of 2017 on 10.03.2017. It is stated further that the second respondent has filed a final report after https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
examining more than 33 witnesses.
4.Recording the said statement, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
