This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to enquire into the complaint dated 04.10.2016, on the file of the second respondent herein and consequently directing him to file a final report. 2.Heard both sides.
3.The grievance of the petitioner is that earlier, the petitioner has filed a complaint before the first respondent alleging that some third parties are interfering with the possession of his property. Since no action was taken by the first respondent, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition.
4.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the first respondent did not receive any complaint from the petitioner. Without lodging any complaint, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

5.On perusal of the records, it is seen that a copy of a complaint has been filed by the petitioner in the typed set of papers, but, the petitioner did not file any proof to show that the complaint has been sent to the respondents and they have also received the same. In the above circumstances, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted.
