ORDER

This petition has been filed to set aside the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.1375 of 2020 in Cr.M.P.No.1225 of 2020 dated 14.10.2020, on the file of the learned Special Court under the TNPID Act, Madurai.

2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner is complying the condition regularly, which was imposed in Cr.M.P.No.1225 of 2020 dated 17.04.2020 by the Special Court, Madurai.

3.On the side of the respondent, it is stated that the petitioner failed to deposit the amount as directed by the Special Court. Instead of depositing Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs only), the petitioner has deposited only Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) and prayed the petition to be dismissed. 4.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner could not mobilise the funds due to covid situation and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1 / 2

Crl. R.C.(MD)No.638 of 2020 the petitioner has filed a petition in Cr.M.P.No.1375 of 2020 to relax the condition of deposit of amount. That petition was dismissed and prayed the condition imposed by the Special Court in Cr.M.P.No.1225 of 2020 to be relaxed.

5.It is seen that the petitioner failed to comply the condition of deposit of the amount. On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that the amount involved in the case is more than Rs.2,50,00,000/- (Rupees Two Crores and Fifty Lakhs only). Since, the petitioner has not complied the condition imposed by the Special Court, the petitioner is not entitled for relaxation of the condition.

6.In view of the the above, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. The petitioner is directed to deposit Rs.4,00,000/- on or before two weeks from the date of receipt of this order, failing which the bail order in Cr.M.P.No.1225 of 2020 dated 17.04.2020 stands cancelled.
