Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Vilathikulam to expedite the trial and dispose the case in C.C.No.37 of 2020 on its file as time frame fixed by this Court. ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition is coming on for orders on this day under the caption "Extension of time for Lower Court" and upon perusing earlier orders of this Court dated 22.06.2023 and the requisition letter submitted by the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Vilathikulam in D.No.32/2024 dated 12.01.2024 through the Principal District Judge, Thoothukudi in D.No.576/A1, 2024, dated 30.01.2024, seeking further extension of one month time for disposal of the case in C.C.No.37/2020 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vilathikulam, this Court made the following order:- The learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Vilathikulam, requested this Court to grant further time of one month to dispose of the case in C.C.No.37 of 2020.
