Heard the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the Learned Additional Government Pleader for the Respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final hearing. 3.No Counter affidavit is filed on behalf of the Respondents. 4.According to the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, the Petitioner would be satisfied if his representation, dated 06.07.2016, addressed to the Second Respondent and others may kindly be caused to be considered by the Second Respondent, within the time to be determined by this Court. In fact, the said submission of the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner appears to be a quite reasonable one, as opined by this Court. 5.In view of the fact that the Petitioner's representation, dated 06.07.

2016, addressed to the Second Respondent and other Respondents in the subject matter in issue, is pending for consideration/adjudication, at this stage, this Court without traversing into the merits and contents of the representation of the Petitioner, dated 06.07.2016, simpliciter, directs the Second Respondent to look into the representation of the Petitioner, dated 06.07.2016 and to dispose of the same by passing a reasoned, speaking order, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order (Ofcourse, after providing necessary opportunity to the Petitioner and others concerned, if any, by adhering to the Principles of Natural Justice, by issuing notice, if situation so warrants).

The Petitioner is directed to lend his assistance and co-operation, so as to enable the Second Respondent to do the needful in his favour, within the time as afore stated.

6.With the aforesaid observations and directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
