ORDER

Heard Mr.Porkodi Karnan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Shaji Bino, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

2.This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order of suspension dated 31.10.2020 passed by the fourth 1/3

respondent and quash the same and with a consequential direction to the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader would submit that the enquiry has already been concluded and the petitioner was also removed from service. 4.The said submission of the learned Special Government Pleader is recorded.

5.In view of the subsequent order of removal, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition are closed.
