PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to call for the records of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur in Crl.R.P.No.2 of 2022 and set aside the order dated 16.02.2023, partially allowed the revision petition by setting aside the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam in M.C.No.26 of 2018 dated 12.03.2020.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar in Crl.R.P.No.2 of 2022 dated 16.02.2023 partially allowing the revision petition by setting aside the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam in M.C.No.26 of 2018 dated 12.03.2020.

2. When the matter came up for hearing on 19.11.2024, it was brought to the notice of this Court that the matter has already been settled out of Court and the learned counsel for the respondents sought for some time to take instructions in this regard.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel on either side confirmed that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties.
