PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to call for the First Information Report pertaining to the case in Crime No.11 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same as against the petitioner. For Petitioner: Mr.Joseph Titus Jerome for P.Sivachandran For R1 : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi Government Advocate (Crl.Side)

ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.11 of 2019, pending on the filed of the first respondent Police.

2. The petitioner is the second accused in Crime No.11 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 120(b), 420, 465, 468 and 471 IPC. Now to quash the same, the petitioner has filed the present petition.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that action against the petitioner has been dropped and her name has been deleted from the FIR and alteration report was also filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate on 25.07.2019. A copy of the alteration report is also produced before this Court.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner's name has been deleted from the FIR and action against her has been dropped, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in the present https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petition.

Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
