This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karur, in Crime No.55 of 2020 pending investigation on the file of the respondent police. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would state that fnal report has been filed by the respondent before the concerned Judcial Magistrate Court and therefore, the prayer in this petition has become infructuous.

3.Recording his submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
