2. This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.143 of 2020, dated 28.02.2020, on the file of the 1st respondent police. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner reiterated the contention raised in the petition.

4. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that after investigation, charge sheet has been filed on 03.12.2020, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Eraniel and yet to be taken on file.
