PRAYER :- To relax (iv) condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in its order, dated 07.02.2025 passed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1037 of 2025. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- 1/3

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1037 of 2025 dated 07.02.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition for nearly 40 days.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court, in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.1037 of 2025, dated 07.02.2025 is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under POCSO Act, Madurai on the hearing dates. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
