This matter was referred to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court and the parties have entered into the settlement agreement dated 03.10.2018. 2.In view of the above settlement, the First Information Report in Crime No.16 of 2018 is quashed. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed by recording the settlement agreement dated 03.10.2018 and the same shall form part of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
