Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to give permission to the petitioner to remove the Seemai Karuvalai trees in the temple property in S.No.256/15 in patta No.271 to an extent of 59 cents at Pudhur Village, Vilathikulam Taluk, Thuthookudi District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 09.02.2017 within the period stipulated by this Court and pass such further or other orders.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondent to give necessary permission to the petitioner for removing Seemai Karuvalam Trees in Survey No.256/15 in patta No.271, Pudhur Village, Vilathikulam Taluk, Thuthookudi District, by way of issuing a writ of mandamus.

2.Mr.R.Velmurugan, learned Government Advocate, has taken notice for the respondent.

3.It is a well known fact that in W.P(MD)No.16485 of 2015, this Court has passed successive orders to remove Seemai Karuvalam Trees throughout the State of Tamil Nadu. Under the said circumstances, the petitioner is also bound to remove the same and the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition unnecessarily and therefore the same is liable to be dismissed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
