ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The Writ Petition has been instituted challenging the impugned order passed by the third respondent dated 10.05.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 furnished the copy of the order passed under Section 6 of the Land Encroachment Act. Opportunity was afforded to the petitioners to submit their explanation to the notice issued under Section 7. If at all the petitioners are

aggrieved, they have to prefer an appeal under Section 10 of the Act. However, there is no impediment for the authorities to remove the encroachment.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. (S.M.S.,J.)
