This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking transfer of investigation from the third respondent to the second respondent in respect of the complaint given by the petitioner on 02.06.2023 against the respondents 4 to 6.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submits that the complaint given by the petitioner on 02.06.2023 has already been closed and the petitioner was not available in the address given by her.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner would appear on a specified date before the respondent police and is prepared to co-operate with the enquiry. 2/5

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to appear before the second respondent on 25.07.2023. On such appearance, the second respondent Police is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks thereafter. 18.07.2023 NCC :
