Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to grant permission to conduct Devotional Songs Musical Programme will be held on 10.03.2017 at about 08.00 p.m. to 12.00 p.m. situated at the Narayanaswamy Kovil Campus, Sivanthipuram Village, Tirunelveli District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 01.03.2017.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents to give necessary permission for conducting Devotional Songs Musical Programme in the place mentioned in the petition, by way of issuing a writ of mandamus.

2.Mr.R.Velmurugan, learned Government Advocate, has taken notice for the respondents.

representation has been given, but the same has not been considered. Under the said circumstances, this Court is inclined to pass the following order.

4.In fine, this writ petition is allowed in part without costs and the second respondent is directed to look into the representation dated 01.03.2017 and dispose of the same within a period of two days.
