To modify the order dated 27.04.2026 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.MP.(MD).No.3024 of 2026 in Crl.A(MD)No.201 of 2026 directing the petitioner to submit sureties to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kumbakonam instead of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court, Kumbakonam).

The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking modification of the order dated 27.04.2026 passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.3024 of 2026 in Crl.A.(MD) No.201 of 2026, by directing the petitioner to furnish sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kumbakonam, instead of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court), Kumbakonam. 2/5

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to modify the order dated 27.04.2026 passed in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.3024 of 2026 in Crl.A.(MD) No.201 of 2026. 4.Accordingly, the order dated 27.04.2026 passed in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.3024 of 2026 in Crl.A.(MD) No.201 of 2026 is modified by directing the petitioner to furnish sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kumbakonam, instead of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court), Kumbakonam.
