The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the 3nd respondent to issue tender schedule with respect to items No.1,2,9 and in the tender proceedings vide Na.Ka.No.3445/2016/A2 dated 09.02.2017.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that after notice was ordered in this writ petition, the tender form has been furnished to the petitioner and therefore, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. 3.Recording the abovesaid statement, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
