ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has taken the papers.
2.The learned standing counsel for the corporation states that the petitioner had earlier filed W.P.(MD)No.14637 of 2020 for directing Tuticorin corporation to return the seized equipment and also pay compensation of Rs.4,50,000/- towards damages. The said writ petition was disposed of by directing the corporation to consider the petitioner's representation. Pursuant to the direction given on 18.11.2020, the corporation examined the petitioner's request and rejected the same. Challenging the same, the petitioner is said to have filed W.P.(MD)No.9877 of 2023. The petitioner can very well pursue his 2/4
contentions in the said writ petition. It is obvious that nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.
