ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by G.K. ILANTHIRAIYAN,J.) Though this appeal has been filed challenging the order passed by the learned Single Judge insofar as the time granted to vacate the subject
premises till 15.05.2026 is concerned, the learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the appellant is ready and willing to vacate the subject premises within one month from today.
2. Accordingly, the time granted by the learned Single Judge to vacate the premises till 15.05.2026 is extended till 01.07.2026, failing which, the second respondent shall be at liberty to take appropriate action against the petitioner for vacating the premises. Insofar as the remaining portion of the order is concerned, this Court finds no illegality or infirmity in the order passed by the learned Single Judge.
3. With the above modification, this writ appeal stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
