O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking direction to the respondent to file the final report in Cr.No.337 of 2019 on the file of the Respondent Police within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The petitioner is the defact complainant in Crime No.337 of 2019, which was registered for the offences under Sections 294(b), 447, 506(ii) and 379 IPC on 14.11.2019.

3. The present petition is filed seeking direction for expeditious investigation since there is no progress in the investigation.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that investigation is undertaken and during the course of enquiry, it was found that it is a mistake of fact and referred charge sheet notice is also served to the petitioner on 04.09.2021.

5. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not received referred charge sheet notice, so far.

6. On perusal of records it is seen that the signature of the petitioner is found in the copy of the referred charge sheet notice. However, the petitioner is at liberty to get another copy https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P. (MD)No.12868 of 2021 of the referred charge sheet notice from the office of the Public Prosecutor. The petitioner is permitted to work out his remedy in accordance with law.

7. Granting such liberty, this petition is disposed of.
