This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner/husband to direct the Sub Judge, Sankarankovil, Tirunelveli to dispose the HMOP.No.204 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible. 2.Since the matter is pending from the year 2019, the Sub Judge, Sankarankovil, Tirunelveli is directed to dispose the HMOP.No.204 of 2019 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
