Respondent Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation dated 31.08.2018 and to collect the necessary charges, penalty and the Tamil Nadu Government Tax to ply the Omni Bus in Tamil Nadu and to hand over the Omni bus bearing Regn. No. PY 01 CC 7803 to the petitioner. For Petitioner : Mr.C. Jawahar Ravindran For Respondent : Mr.R. Sethuraman Special Government Pleader

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.

2. The petitioner's petition mentioned vehicle was seized on account non payment of the necessary quarterly tax.

3. Now, the petitioner is willing to pay not only the charges but also the necessary penalty amount, immediately, on receipt of this order copy. Thereupon, the respondent shall release the vehicle in question without any delay.
