O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent herein to conduct investigation and register the First Information Report in accordance with law based on the complaint sent by the petitioner dated 03.04.2016, within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard both sides.

3.The grievance of the petitioner is that he has given a complaint before the second respondent Police on 03.04.2016, alleging that some third parties are intimidating him. Since no action was taken by the respondent Police, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition.

4.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents on instructions submitted that the petitioner's complaint has been enquired and the same was closed by the respondent Police on 20.04.2016.

5.In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition. 6.The Writ Petition stands dismissed accordingly. No costs.
