ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.Since the petitioner was rendered as surplus in the school in which he was working, he was transferred to another institution run by the very same corporate management. The petitioner is very much getting his salary and nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. It is necessary to note here that the petitioner has since joined in the transferred school and the transferred school is very much having the requisite students strength. On the other hand, the school in which the petitioner was originally working is no 2/4

longer having the requisite students strength. In these circumstances, no further adjudication in this writ petition is required and the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
